What is Pick Up & Drop Off like?

Busy and full of traffic! The earlier you arrive, the easier traffic will be.
Drop off: Pali gates open at 7:30am and school starts at 7:55am. Teachers meet their class on the blacktop and walk them inside at the start of the day.
Pick-up: Students who will be picked up at the end of the school day are walked outside with their teacher, who releases them to a parent or guardian. Students who are staying for an after school activity are escorted to that activity directly from class.
Kinder / TK children are dropped off and picked up at their classroom. Please walk in the gates with them in the morning.

What is a Buddy Group / Buddy Family?

Pali Ambassadors organize buddy groups during the summer before school begins. Each group includes 1-2 current families and several incoming families in the same or similar grade. Current families host at least one official buddy group playdate, and more playdates often follow within the group. It is a great opportunity to meet other Pali families and feel well prepared for the first few days and weeks of school!
